The name change is due to the significant expansion of the firm’s practice and the desire to stay focused on serving our clients holistically. In the last few years, Fidelis Law has added attorneys to more effectively serve a broader range of clients’ needs.
The firm is focused on serving clients in the areas of business, non-profit, and church law throughout Tennessee and around the world, as well as individuals and families with needs in the areas of estate planning, probate, trust administration, personal injury, adoption, family law, elder law, and copyright and trademark registration and enforcement.
The name Fidelis is Latin for faithful, and was chosen by the firm because it embodies the standard we hold ourselves to, within the practice of law, faithful to our clients, mission, guiding principles, the profession of law, as well as our community.
